The respected Åland chef Michael Björklund visits our restaurant for an inspiring taste journey! This unique event offers gourmets the opportunity to enjoy refined food that combines local flavors and international know-how.
During the visit, a delicious 5-course dinner menu as well as 3-course lunch menu is served, designed based on Michael Björklund’s unique vision. Micke will be here in our restaurant Thursday-Friday 28-29 September and the menus are also available on Saturday 30.9.

Creamy whitefish ceviche, marinated red onion, mother-in-law’s loaf and mustard sauce*

Elk carpaccio, pickled chanterelles, truffle mayonnaise, lingonberry vinaigrette and deep-fried artichoke

Pork rolls filled with mushrooms and Kastelholma cheese, confit mushrooms and pork, herbal emulsion and mashed potatoes seasoned with roasted garlic*

The wine packages suitable for Michael Björklund’s menus have been designed by our partner Vinderekt’s sommelier Elina. Wines are available at Bistro Sinne until the end of October, and at well-stocked Alko stores and the online store.
Note! Thu-Sat 28.-30.9. our restaurant’s own a la carte list or menus are not available, pl. Sinne Burger, Beyond Burger and children’s Haaveilija hamburger.
