Christmas lunch is served Mon–Fri from 7–23 December, 11 am–2 pm.
During the Art Factory Christmas Market, Fri–Sun 11–13 December, Christmas lunch is served for an extra hour, from 11 am–3 pm.

Sinne’s Christmas Lunch in Porvoo
Christmas lunch begins with Sinne’s fish platter, bringing together familiar flavours of Christmas and Nordic cuisine. The platter features Finnish rainbow trout roe with traditional accompaniments, cured salmon with grandmother’s cucumber salad, Matjes herring with aquavit mustard sauce, and traditional mushroom salad with marinated red onion. The platter is completed with smoked reindeer mousse and horseradish, dill-seasoned Siikli potatoes, archipelago bread and churned butter.
Choose Fish, Lamb or a Vegetarian Main Course
For the main course, choose from three options:
Pan-fried whitefish, almond potato purée and beurre blanc
or
Herb-roasted lamb fillet, peppered carrot and roasted garlic sauce
or
Malmgård emmer wheat, beetroot and goat cheese
To finish on a sweet note, enjoy chocolate panna cotta, raspberry sorbet and roasted white chocolate.
